Hi all, for those of you who've been following the transition of QUAI DAO into EYEQ DAO thank you for your patience,support and kind words. There is one last thing which we ask from the community and that is to fill out the Google Doc attached below by October, 24th at 24:00 EST..as this help tremendously in not only understanding who is part of the community but also ensure that tokens are properly allocated to said wallets.
